How It Works
Our collaboration begins with a preliminary contract review, followed by an initial meeting to discuss your vision, preferences, and all project nuances. Once the agreement is signed and the initial deposit is secured, I conduct precise site measurements. We then formulate a detailed Design Brief, which dictates the Spatial Planning & Layout.
After the layout is approved, we transition into the most extensive phase: photorealistic 3D visualization and the curation of finishes. We focus heavily on precise scale, true-to-life furniture proportions, and natural, organic details to ensure your future space is accurately represented.
Once the visual phase is finalized and settled, the comprehensive technical drawing package is developed. You will receive two printed A3 project albums—one for yourself and one for your builders. From there, construction commences, guided by our rigorous Architectural Supervision.
Can I get a design project without site supervision?
Spatial Planning is available as a standalone service without Architectural Supervision.
Do you only accept projects in Astana?
Design services are available globally. The main workflow, including the approval of 3D renders and blueprints, is easily handled online. Architectural Supervision is discussed separately.
